We provide aspiring athletes with a clear pathway to professional baseball. Our mission is to support our community—particularly those from low-income backgrounds—by ensuring equal opportunities to pursue the game they love. Through daily, high-performance training, we prepare our athletes to compete and succeed at the professional level.

The path to professional sports is rarely easy. Young players need not only talent but also an environment where discipline, regular training, and support become part of everyday life. The Houston Stealth organization fosters exactly this kind of atmosphere. The focus is on developing young baseball players, especially those from families with limited resources. Creating Professionals since 2021

Established in 2021, Veteran owned. We have since helped more than 20 athletes establish a professional career. We provide our athletes with a commercial gym, housing (on a needed basis), and transportation throughout the duration of their stay.

Having known Jonathan Garza since the age of nine, his guidance has been instrumental in shaping the person I am today. He helped redefine my career, strengthen my love and knowledge for the game, and provided me with both a field and a gym to grow in. More than that, he treated me almost like another son, and with his support I was able to develop my skills and now have three years of professional baseball experience.

I had the luck of meeting Jonathan Garza, founder of Houston Stealth, in North Carolina. He saw the potential in me and liked my character so he then invited me out to his organization in Houston, Texas. The organization had great workouts in the gym, the baseball field, and the mental side of the game. The Houston Stealth gave me the opportunity to grow into a great player on and off the field which would lead into me being an 2 Time All-Star in Professional Independent Baseball.
